Local initiatives
Chesham Community Fridge
Runs every Saturday and Wednesday from 10am–12pm next to Broadway Baptist Church, Chesham. In the first 4 months of 2020 Chesham Community Fridge redistributed 20 tonnes of edible food, compared with 33 tonnes for the whole of 2019.
Chesham Local Produce Market
A collaboration between Sustainable Chesham and Chesham Town Council, this market was established in 2010. It runs on the fourth Saturday of every month and sells high quality food, drink and crafts from approximately a 25-mile radius of Chesham.
